离线再循环冷却回路：期望温度是进入冷却器的油温。在此情况下，必须确定油温变化，以便能得出实际出油温度。使用以下公式计算油温变化（油温T）：油温T = (BTU/HR) / (GPM油流量 x 210)。
要计算冷却器出口的油温，请使用以下公式：出口油温 = 入口油温 - 油温T。
该公式也可用于任何仅能获取进油温度的应用场景。
油压降：大多数系统能够承受通过换热器的20至30 PSI的压降。应避免过大的压降。在箱体排油应用中，由于高背压可能会损坏泵轴密封，因此应谨慎操作，将压降限制在5 PSI或更低。
